While many even in the USA (myself included) might have differing views of the morals homosexuality, we have no leaders, Democrat, Republican etc. that would ever propose "cleansing" the country of gays. That would be no different than cleansing a country of other acts some may consider a sin; from adultery, to lying, to coveting (our own leader would be "taken away" if lying was made a crime)
Manipulation of Russian laws to become President again for a 3rd term, except this time for 6 years.
Vladimir Putin has in essence been in power since 2000 when one counts his "tandemocracy" with Dmitry Medvedev from 2008 to 2012.

WOW, that says a lot about the this man and his evil intentions!!!
While am certainly not making excuses for Vladimir Putin, at least he can make the claim that the mostly Russian population of Crimea.
This still does not give him the right when no threats have been made by the government of the Ukraine or its population towards either Russia or the Crimea region of the Ukraine.
I could go on and likely I will add to the above list, but the other main point of this article is to point out the simple economic fact that Vladimir Putin's Russia maintains his power via oil (Petroleum).
If the price of oil were to collapse, the economic source of Vladimir Putin and his evil intentions would bankrupt him and then hopefully force this bastard from power where he will hopefully live out his years somewhere in Siberia until he joins Stalin and Hitler after death.
While readers of this website certainly know I am no fan of our USA President Obama, he certainly is no Putin, and he can at least somewhat redeem himself by telling the environmentalists in this country to take a hike and finally places humans first by allowing the Keystone Pipeline to be finished as well as opening up more drilling with modern technologies in places such as the North Coast of Alaska and the coast of California (among many other locations).
Currently, both Russia and the United States produce about 10 million barrels of oil per day and something close to 25 trillion cubic feet of natural gas per day.
In Russia, 52% of the total federal budget came from selling oil and natural gas.

Obama Mocking Romney With This Comment About Russia During A 2012

I have been in the Aquarium, pond, and general pet supply business, along with a stint in the candy business now for over 34 years.
I have run a brick & mortar business most of these years, as well as an internet business.

In this time I have seen many anti-small business proposals come and go, however this Internet Sales Tax proposal is easily the most heinous and dishonest in the way it is being presented.
Let me set the record straight and present some facts.
First this is being called the "The Marketplace Fairness Act" by known dishonest politicians such as Harry Reid.
This bill is anything but fair.
As a brick and mortar store owner in LA County California, I had to only collect and report sales tax to one authority; the California State Board of Equalization based on LA County and California Sales Tax.
Whether you as a customer lived here (LA County) or not I collected taxes for just this one entity and had to file a report and occasionally get audited by just this one entity (BTW, I passed all audits as everyone was based on a mistake by the CA BOE!!)
However as an Internet based business, I and others would have to report to potentially over 9000 separate entities (state & local), with the impossible amount of paper work and likely audits that would require more staff or paid outside help I cannot afford.
HOW IS THIS FAIR? IT IS NOT, as the difference in paper work proves this alone as the scam this bill is.
As well, an Internet business has shipping fees, whether paid by the business or the consumer directly, these fees in the end are passed on.
This is something a customer of a brick & mortar business does not have to pay.
As well, a brick & mortar business has the advantage of immediate product availability.
I know for me as a consumer, I like to see and view, and then take home a product asap.
I also know from a retailers point of view in the aquarium/pond business, most persons inquiring as to fish medications or similar must have these immediately and are more than happy to pay a higher price at a brick & mortar business so as to have this product immediately.
Another lie tossed about is that many will claim that Internet Business "steal" customers after visiting a local brick & mortar business.
While this might be true to some extent in some business (if you are to believe Best Buy or Walmart), this is further from the truth than the east is from the west in my field of endeavor.
As Senator Roy Blunt of Missouri stated: "it is a bridal shop in St. Louis where customers try on dresses, check the labels for the product code, and then order the same product online, free of sales tax". Sorry Senator, I too can report similar cases from my Brick and Mortar business; HOWEVER for every one of these cases I can cite 50 of just the opposite.
The FACTS ARE, I receive over 6000 hits per day to my many information pages that provide correct, researched information that is not found at many PetCos, PetMarts, and local Aquarium/Pet Stores.
These persons in turn often email and take up very limited staff time to often answer further questions (that are often already in these articles), only to then purchase at their local store.
I know this for a fact based on our stats, and in many ways I certainly understand this too when it comes to their sick pets/fish.

When I compare this to my brick & mortar business, the VAST MAJORITY of customer questions were from CUSTOMERS who primarily patronized our business.
In fact it is about 50 to 1 the number of inquiries of of non customers when compared to my brick & mortar business.
Add to this that I generally sold products at a vastly higher mark up, it was much easier to "shoot the breeze" with even non customers and still make a profit, unlike our Internet business where often we have to cut off "lazy" email discussions and ask these persons to read the information we have provided, only to get back very hateful emails from these non-customers or at the very least persons who will purchase one item every two years and then send over 200 email questions in between these infrequent sales.
The FACTS are we NEVER had to deal with this in our brick and mortar business!!
Another comment I have read by many persons either ignorant or hateful of small Internet business is that Amazon supports this bill.
So What!!
Amazon knows full well that this will considerably lower competition to them, and at the very least force many small websites to join their family of companies and pay their high fees and follow their VERY controlling policies.
HOW DO I KNOW? Amazon has attempted many times to get us into their "fold".
Also many reviews on Amazon are not based on facts or correct use, in part because Amazon provides NO good information (based on their selling platform) as to proper/correct usage of the product. A good example here is the Rena Smart filter which is a top notch product when used properly, but based on erroneous Amazon reviews you would never know this.

The bottom line, is Amazon is not a company to listen to when comes to the Internet Sales Tax Issue.
Another lie is this: "the Internet Sales Tax Bill is not a tax increase at all. It only ensures that taxes already owed are actually paid."
Sadly Republicans such as Senator Roy Blunt of MO or Senator John Thune of South Dakota have bought into this absurd lie.
How is this not a tax increase? I already pay higher than many areas in property taxes to support my local police. I should point out that I use far less civic services than my brick & mortar business ever used, especially when the volume of business is considered!
Sorry Senator Blunt, I have owned a Brick & mortar business for many more years than an internet business and the FACTS ARE I get VASTLY more time consuming enquiries online or in forums about fish, aquarium, pond, diseases, etc. where by the customer goes to their local merchant after I provide free advice.
As I pointed out earlier, the difference is not even close. This is a sad rumor that even many misinformed Republicans such as the before mentioned senators have believed.
The facts can be painful, but these Republicans are clearly in the back pockets of Big Business if they actually are going to repeat this lie.
IN SUMMARY
This tax is nothing more than another dishonest anti-small business power grab by many in Congress such as Harry Reid and President Obama, and when you look at their track record of dishonesty, why should they be believed?

Worse there is a rumor, if need be, so as to get this bill through the House of Representatives, it might be attached to a bill to aid the FAA with funding lost in the sequester cuts. Obama has already lied here and attempted (successfully too) to push the blame onto Congress and this tying of the two bills together would again make the House of Representatives look bad if it were to vote down.
Reasons Obama Beat Romney; News Media, what it means
With the re-election of Barack Obama, who is arguably the worst president in US history when looked at via the U.S. Constitution and his policy results,; the media now asks where the Republicans went wrong and what they need to fix.
This immediately begs the question when Obama won only by a razor thin margin and even then he (Obama) lost big in much of "Middle America": Why was this question not asked of Democrats by the media after there much larger loss in 2010??
Republicans certainly need to correct things such as giving Karl Rove the boot and insisting that candidates step down after idiotic comments. Todd Akin should have shown some integrity/humility and stepped down after his comments.
That said, the few candidates that let their pride go before the better of the Nation, this still likely would not have helped Romney as per any credible proof.
I also doubt Romney running a more aggressive campaign similar to Obama's likely would not have helped, and even if it did; why should Romney stoop to Obama's level??
Let me now give fact based reasons as to why Romney lost and primarily let the reader draw conclusions as to how to fix this (there is no easy fix in my opinion).
REASON ROMNEY LOST THE 2012 ELECTION TO OBAMA
By far and away the main reason Romney lost is the extremely dishonest news media that only will show minor gaffe's by Romney, while ignoring Obamas.
As well totally running cover for Obama on the 9/11/12 Benghazi attack, where Obama and his minions have covered up their failure and likely the blood of four persons on their hands. I have read/seen nothing in the main stream media about the father's of two Navy Seals who have been given the "brush off" by Obama & Biden about this issue
If this were a Republican president (say George W Bush), the media would be screaming for impeachment!!
The dishonest media and left wing bloggers also continue to run with the line of that the Republican Party is becoming insignificant.
HOW IS THIS? When Obama won by only a very small percentage (much less than in 2008) and while the House lost a few seats for Republicans, the fact is the Republicans still hold a comfortable majority.
As well, a point rarely noted in the news is the FACT that State Governorships gained a Republican Governor and the current status (as per Wikipedia) is: 30 Republicans, 19 Democrats, & 1 Independent!!
The dishonest news media also loves to carry on about California's "Super Majority" in its State Legislature and how this is proof of the Republicans alienation of Latino voters?
I then ask, what about Texas which has just as large a Latino population???
I would also note that I have a good friend in California who happens to be Latino that stated to me that their is plenty of Latino support for Republicans in the Central Valley where he lives. The problem is the elitist liberal vote in the coastal areas that has made California the lost cause is has become.
I could go on, but their is so much documentation of the Medias Dishonesty, that only someone who truly believes good is evil and evil is good could believe otherwise.
The previous comment feeds into my next point; and that is many persons simply DO truly believe good is evil and evil is good.
How else can you explain persons who would actually think Romney was a bad and immoral man when in fact this man spent more time in person and with large percentages of his money helping others than any candidate (Republican or Democrat)in modern history.

Much of this can be again blamed on the media for their never reporting these facts (failure by omission), but this also comes down to the electorate for failing to do their homework and instead believing the bull#!?# passed around in the main stream news and social media.
A simple lack of understand of economics and business.
When persons think we can tax those investing in growth for everything, we are doomed.
Sadly in exit polls, most persons STILL believe Bush is to blame for this economy.
The facts are this current economic slide began after the Democrats took control of both houses of Congress.
As well, financial institutions were forced to make loans to low income persons by a bill passed by President Clinton, this came back to bite us in the a## in the late 2000s.
Certainly Bush made mistakes too (as well as dishonest financial institutions such as Bank of America), but to place most of the blame on Bush for mistakes made by Obama, a Democratic Congress, and Bill Clinton is pure economic ignorance at its worst!
We have too many persons simply on the dole.
Romney won the upper income and middle income brackets, Obama ONLY won the lower income brackets and then by a wide margin.
This fact is going to be even more difficult to fix in the next election as this is one thing Obama did right, similar to FDR in the 1936 election and unlike Carter in 1980; and that is greatly expand the welfare state. Once persons get free "Obama Phones" and more, it gets increasingly difficult to wean them from these goodies.
ObamaCare once fully implemented will also be very difficult to fix, and sadly this probably is now a lost cause.
I will say here the Republicans do have some blame as most Americans wanted some kind of fix and one was needed, but the Republicans dropped the ball on this one and opened the door for Obama.
Many insurance companies and their dishonest policies share blame too, but I still trust most of these companies over the Federal Government much in the same way I have found of the two shippers our company uses.
Between FedEx and the USPS, while FedEx can occasionally be difficult to deal with when it comes to honoring their claims, the USPS is nowhere to be found when it comes to honoring claims, and that IS how Obama Care will be!!
Our education system is also partly to blame
When the vast majority of young voters think Obama is just one rung short of the messiah; besides parents and the media; who else is to blame?
A sad fact is most persons still think we need to spend more on education when in fact throwing more and more money will not fix the education system. States such as Utah spend less than most states yet Utah has some of the best results.

The teacher unions clearly have too much power. I can speak from personal experience, that while the majority of teachers might be doing a good job, there are also poor to down right evil teachers that the current tenure system protects.
I personally had a teacher that made sure the entire class knew "I would be a failure", this label haunted me for the rest of my school days and I know of other teachers who later told me they could not believe this teacher was allowed to finish her career.
Too many persons think Government is their Daddy and are willing to hand over Constitutional rights for to the government.
Examples of government agencies that we really need to honestly include the Dept. of Education and the many Departments of Human Services (DHS, CPS, etc.).
I can tell readers from experience, and emails/comments I still receive for a blog post I made about DHS clearly show these agencies are simply "out of control" ignoring constitutional rights and believing sociopaths/predators rather than the facts.
Before readers think I am getting too far a field, I know from speaking to others that most persons simply do not care about the families these agencies destroy, and vote for persons such as Obama who agree with keeping these agencies.
A few generations back, any political party that supported these agencies would have been "tarred and feathered".
The bottom line is until the general public stops looking for the government to be savior for every aspect of life, from disaster relief to DHS, the Republican party is going to struggle.
HOWEVER this still may a winning issue for any Republican with the "balls" to stand up and call these destructive agencies out!! I know from comments & emails, that many if not most persons negatively affected by these many government "daddy" agencies are Democrats or normally vote Democrat.
These persons are certainly "ripe" for the picking once they realize that TRUE conservatives do NOT support these government agencies that has harmed them and sought to destroy their families by acting outside the constitution of the USA!!!
Too many Republicans simply did not vote
Republican vote for Romney was actually lower than with the 2008 election for McCain.
Romeny was much closer in the popular vote than McCain, which means this was due to a much higher Independent vote and even Democrat crossover than in 2008.
Many Evangelicals either did not turn out or did not vote for president (because Romney was a Mormon?)
Worse was the Catholic vote which actually went for Obama!!
This is/was a sad statement when you consider Obama's extreme anti-Christian values views, especially when it comes to the attacks on the Catholic Church via his policies and supporters!!!!!
WHAT IS THE ANSWER??
I honestly do not have a clear answer other than education of the public and finding a way utilize this proverb: “Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime”
Overcoming the mainstream media and the garbage the entertainment community dumps on our society is going to be VERY difficult.
I thank the Lord for radio shows such as Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh, but I fear that most of the time they are simply preaching to the choir.
As I noted earlier, I believe calling out the lack of constitutional authority many government agencies have by using real life examples could also be a way to convert persons away from Democrat big government views.
Liberal Democrats have been smart by slowly injecting their socialist policies into our laws, way or life, etc. The Republicans (actually Conservatives) need to be equally or even more smart in fighting back. But alas, conservatives often are not happy with just a slice of the pie, rather they want the whole pie and are then doomed to loose!
The 2012 election (as well as the 2010 Nevada Senatorial race) was proof of my last comment.
As we had persons such as Todd Akin proving my point or persons who simply did not vote because Romney was "Not Conservative enough".
I personally am no longer watching ABC Good Morning America and will occasionally still check in and note who is sponsoring ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, etc news and keep this in mind for future purchases. However, I honestly doubt that this will have too much impact (if any), but who knows if more persons were to join in on such boycotts?
Another thought is while most conservatives I know follow Biblical principles to give or help in private, not with a "look at me" attitude; I have to wonder if maybe the next time that say we go to someones home to bring a meal, we leave a card or something similar to at least let persons know "who" is helping them.
Another Biblical principle those who think Conservatives should abandon their principles should think about comes from Ecclesiastes 10:2-3: 2 The heart of the wise inclines to the right,
but the heart of the fool to the left.

they lack sense
and show everyone how stupid they are.
Speaking of Biblical principles; simply educating Catholics about who Obama, Reid and others of their ilk are about IS A MUST!
Evangelicals who chose not to vote also need to park their theological differences with persons such as Romney; Do you Evangelicals really think Romney has less character than Obama and who would have likely stood up for Christian valuesa???
Finally, how this election will affect me personally:
For one with the promised changes in tax code and implementation of Obama Care (which has already cost me $120 per month), I expect to pay at least $4000 more per year of which I had to cash out my life insurance last year to pay bills.
Worse I expect this hatred of anyone who has something; in my case a small business to get worse. Me and my staff have documented that 85% of hateful, rude, or simply demanding emails, phone calls, & comments to our business come from persons with Liberal views (we find this information via internet searches, Facebook etc., and approximately 50% of the time any such information is available, so who knows about the other 50%).

Once again a bold face and despicable lie by Elizabeth Warren; My brother in law & my friend Misti's husband is part of small corporations and last time I looked they were flesh and bones, had families, and HAVE been hurt by the Obama economy.
Even large corporation are made up of stockholders, many of whom are retired persons that live off these investments.
This lie in particular by Elizabeth Warren, is one many Democrats believe in.
I believe it is a reason the amount of hate or rude emails and comments to my business have increased 5 fold since Obama took office.
These people will write, call, etc with insulting language and worse, all the while thinking we are "the man".
Sadly my business provides copious amounts of FREE aquarium & pond information that represent 1000s of hours of research and hands on experience, yet this is not enough for many liberal thinkers and we/I get attacked regularly in forums, emails, etc.
These Obama and Democrat Platform inspired attacks have created "Straw Man" argument attacks on me where by persons will attempt to attack my information/answers articles by stating that because I sell certain products, my information is no trustworthy.
This is no different that saying my friend's husband Nick who is a very honest jeweler cannot give trustworthy advice despite his years of training and hands on experience because he has something to sell.
YET the democrats and corrupt followers in the mainstream media eat this BS up!!!
BILL CLINTON:

Really??, our insurance and others I know have gone up dramatically DUE TO OBAMA CARE.
The facts are as per our insurance and others with different policies that the new rules of Obama Care has raised the cost of doing business to the point that our primary provider dropped it altogether and the new provider raising premiums over $150 per month for our family. I should note that others have noted similar experiences with their insurance since these new provisions of Obama Care have been implemented.
"President Obama gets it - because he's spent his life fighting for the middle class. And now he's fighting to level that playing field - because we know that the economy doesn't grow from the top down, but from the middle class out and the bottom up.
That's how we create jobs and reduce the debt.
And Mitt Romney?
He wants to give tax cuts to millionaires and billionaires, but for middle-class families who are hanging on by their fingernails? His plans will hammer them with a new tax hike of up to $2,000."
REALLY??
First, as a proprietorship as are the majority of small businesses, I generate in gross revenue more than the $250,000 which Obama considers "Wealthy". This has increased my taxes and I now cannot expand my business, spend more, move out of my rat-trap 900 square foot home, or pay my employees as much as I would like to for the excellent work they provide for my business.
ANTI-SEMITIC VOTE DURING CONVENTION:
Here not only was the majority of the votes no displaying the hatred for Israel among Democrat delegates and the party in general; but a dumbfound Villaraigosa followed the instructions of the DNC to skirt normal procedure and jam through revised language. This political sleight-of-hand is the most transparent manipulation ever. What used to transpire in smoke-filled rooms was caught by cable news for all the world to see.
Bluntly, any Jewish voter who votes Democrat is either suicidal or willfully blind.
BARACK OBAMA:
Then there was President Obama's AWFUL speech that was full of insinuations, lies, and plagiarism from the second worst president in history: Jimmy Carter!!!
Obama's speech and its insinuations & lies, reminded me of the rude and often hateful emails and comments I deal with now on a daily basis (at least 5 times the level since this dishonest president took office.
Here is just one despicable comment from Obama: "If you can’t afford to start a business or go to college, take my opponent’s advice and borrow money from your parents."
REALLY???
This is taking Mitt Romney out of context, & any intelligent person knows what he meant basically as do whatever it takes (legally) to get the money to start a business (I collected cans & cardboard @ 4 am as well as sold at early morning swap meets).
I twice have had to start my business from scratch, the second after I had to flee my home town to protect my family from a predator which in emails even stated that he hoped Obama would be president someday so that persons such as my self would be destroyed!!!!!!
I got no financial help from ANYONE you scum-bag of a president!!!
How any moral person can vote for this man after his record of hate for what has made this country great and especially this DNC convention is beyond me, in fact this man should loose in a landside; but if not, GOD help our once great nation!!!
The Occupy Wall Street Movement is in general a very sad and telling snapshot on our society today, with their self centered, "give me", narcissistic attitude, and blame somebody else attitude, with no concept of economics or reality.
I will qualify my statements/comments to note that I am sure there are genuine persons with genuine grievances in the OWS movement; however from what I have read, seen, and simple analysis of most grievances most of these persons are not grounded in reality.
As a side note:
Just based on the ever increasing rude emails I receive in my business where others will attempt to blame me or others for their failure to read & understand, or get mad when I attempt to be as efficient with my very limited time to answer my many emails by "pasting" parts of my many researched articles in emails rather than provide a long 30 minute email or phone answer (at no charge).
These persons simply refuse to read the plethora of aquarium/pond information I have provided.

Similar to this, I recently had a person claim a working UVC Bulb was misrepresented because it would not work in his degraded ballast and he refused to read the extensive information I provided to help him with his problem; instead he chose to make rude, accusatory and blatantly false accusations.

It is also noteworthy that when I/we are able to track persons that send us rude, demanding, etc., to blogs, Facebook, etc. we find that well over 80% hold almost exactly the same views as the Occupy movement (THIS IS A VERY TELLING FACT!).
My wife works at a general merchandise store (similar to Walmart), and she too has observed this rapidly increasing narcissistic attitude of "I am owed something", with customers expecting much for free (basically she or others, including this so-called "Greedy Corporation" are placed on this planet to serve them with absolutely no compensation!).
From my perspective (being in business 30 plus years), this problem has grown at an alarming rate in recent years and the often Socialist/Communist/Fascist aspect of the Occupy Wall Street movement exemplifies this as well for me.
As well my terrible financial situation I find myself in is in part due to this "stick it to the man attitude" since a couple that took advantage of a personal leave of absence and liquidated much of my business and worse; the person who took advantage of my wife's postpartum depression and screwed us out of $1000s as well as permanently harmed my young daughter voiced this exact view (I was/am a small businessman who has ALWAYS placed his employees and honesty to customer above all else and honest persons through the years can attest to this).
Frankly I can "see him" every time I listen to the Occupy protests, which is another reason I find the Occupy Movement so extremely offensive.

Greedy Corporations are to blame for our current financial/economic issues:
This is a complex issue that I cannot cover in a blog post and do justice. I will however note that the Occupy Wall Street Crowd certainly has some merit to this claim, but it is very misdirected.
For one much of this problem has been caused by liberals such as Barney Frank via regulations on the banking industry that forced many of the bad loans that later melted down.
This is not to say many large corporations are not without fault and are to blame, but why do persons continue to do business with such corporations such as Bank of America, which by-the-way is a major contributor to liberal causes.
But what really blows my mind is the company that is THE MOST corrupt is Google, yet how many of these Occupy Wall Street crowd are "googling" or using Google Search, Google Android Phones, etc?
The facts are Google has been proven to plagiarize small business or writers for use with Adsense/Adwords then deny these revenue streams, as well it has been proven that Google Search is slanted toward large corporations, but new, innovative, or researched companies or information articles.

*Also why is there no anger at the Obama administration which has supported bail-outs of corporations (in other words "Crony Capitalism")? As a small business, no government entity has ever come to my aid (nor should they).
What about denial of Food Stamps when we were struggling a few years ago? The Food Stamps program is very corrupt and is based on accounting methods with no basis in the reality of business.
Where is the anger here? Of coarse there is none since many in this crowd are receiving these benefits while others struggle all night collecting cardboard and bottles to feed their families.

The recently released study of “heavy hitters” by the Center for Responsible Politics showed the amount of money the top 140 political donors gave to Democrats and Republicans from 1989 through 2010. Four of the top six gave $170 million over that period, with $151 million going to Democrats, and less than $3 million going to Republicans (the difference going to unaffiliated or independent political groups). In simple math, Democrats received 89 percent while Republicans got less than two percent.
*Back to corporations (& while this does not justify greed), it is important to note that Entrepreneurs/business are the ones that create jobs and "putting it to the man" is not going to get you a job!
The bottom line is while corporate greed and more importantly "Crony Capitalism" is a legitimate complaint (probably the most legitimate "Occupy" complaint IMO), there is no understanding of who creates the jobs, the fact that not all business are "greedy" (just as not all of the Occupy Wall Street Crowd are scum or without legitimate grievances).
There is also an extreme misunderstanding of economics, and lack of reality of how much more regulations will simply add to big government which is the real problem.
What this crowd simply needs to do is stop being hypocrites and simply boycott the companies that they feel this way about and stop using companies such as Bank of America and Google that are known for these issues!
As well tell government from City to Federal to end many of the regulations (that large corporations can get around, buy their way out of, etc. anyway), but HURT small business entrepreneurs which are the TRUE area of growth and jobs in this country.
*Put an end to agencies such as the EPA that cause more problems than they solve.
*Fire everyone at the The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) whom administers the CORRUPT Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) program that is anti small business
WHAT WE NEED IS LESS GOVERNMENT, NOT MORE as many in the Occupy movement demand!!
Finally; corporations are simply entities that serve their stock holders, of which these stock holders include many retirement accounts and similar held by everyday persons (including many of these "Occupiers"). Many corporate CEOs & Board of Directors are attempting to meet voting shareholders demands for growth, dividends, or both and admittedly many attempt to meet these demands through less than moral business practices.
While one person can do little about this, if MANY would stop their complaining and "occupying" and take the time to look over their Mutual Funds, etc. to see if there is a company they find offensive in their business practices and then either vote in the next stock holders proxy or simply dump these stocks or tell your account manager/broker that you are not interested in Mutual Funds or Stock with companies x, y, & z
While the above is admittedly an over simplification, it still is a starting point rather than blaming others, I know their are companies such as Bank of America or Google that I would never buy stocks or Mutual Funds that contained their stocks or bonds there in.
The Top 1% control too much of the income/assets!!
Again a legitimate complaint at the surface, but where is the complaining about the Hollywood elite, pop singers, athletes, etc. that make more money in a day than I or others will make in a life time?
Let me state that these persons only make this kind of money because persons are willing to pay.
As an example, I do NOT watch Professional Football, only college; so I can legitimately complain about what pro players make. That said, this is MY choice and someone who prefers pro football has every right to watch and enjoy the game, just do not complain about how much these persons make unless you are willing to stop financing this by your support.
In another example; I have a good friend who recently lost his wife of many years and mother of his children due to brain cancer. He has severe diabetics and other severe health issues and struggles with depression too.
A lady where he lives came along side him. She has taken care of him both in simply being there for him, and taking care of his needs. She also happens to make over $400,000, which places her in the 1% (approximately $375 is the cutoff).
She is like an angel from heaven, but in listening to many in the Occupy Movement, anyone who is in the 1% is the enemy (or simply evil)
From my understanding of the simple human compassion or the Bible, to call "Good" evil is simply evil itself as evil can exist along side good (darkness along side light), thus making these "Occupy" persons accusing this good person of being the enemy simply evil themselves!!
Then there are the attacks by Obama, the News Media, and the Occupy movement on Mitt Romney.

An important side note is government regulation is strangling small businesses and the jobs it creates.
We might make a dent in spreading the wealth around by shutting down the Environmental Protection Agency and similar government agencies.
The FACTS ARE only large corporations (the top 1%) can afford to pay the environmental studies which are nothing more than bribes in many instances.
I have a friend in construction who has told me so many of the ridiculous regulations such as having to make a washout basin for concrete. This same concrete is poured on bare soiling when building roads, sidewalks, etc. This is a ridiculous waste of efficiency and money that protects nothing.
The newest outrage is the attempt to shut down ports; Who does this hurt? It hurt the workers at the ports, it hurts retailers such as myself that supply many of these products, it hurts those I employ, it hurts consumers that depend upon many of these goods and will now pay higher prices.
Bluntly if this evil action that hurts so many families and jobs by the scum in the OWS movement does not convince those on the fence, nothing will.

Pay My School Loans!!
This is another demand often heard which is utterly ridiculous.
I, nor does anyone else owe anyone for their higher education. Have these persons heard of getting work and saving first, or as I did working a 40 hour job, and even selling Crystal on the side while attending Cal Poly University?
I have friend that owes $90,000, yet he can NEVER pay this down because of a government bull #### screw up that will never allow him to use what he is educated to do (he even saw a judge that agreed and ex-sponged the system, but this still would not clear the way).
The credentialing board *deliberately* did what they did, knowing it would in large part ruin his future.
Where is the outrage against universities that continue to raise tuition far faster than inflation and often support 6 figure salaries for professors to teach a few classes per day. As well these professors have job security (tenure) that many of the "evil' leaders of the business world only dream about in their long days (this is not to say that all professors are lazy and do not necessarily earn their pay, but let's be fair with our criticism OWS supporters!!!)
As well what about universities that push students unsure of what they want to do in life into studies such as "English', whereby when they graduate they cannot find a job other than flipping hamburgers with little hope of paying off their school loans? Once again where is the outrage by the OWS crowd here??
Maybe some honesty to potential students to look to a trade school if they are not sure of what they want and if the result is less students in some University departments, so be it.
Again the problem is we need less government, more hard work, and more honesty.

Alec Baldwin is a great case study for OWS supporters to learn from; here is a guy that epitomizes the condescending attitudes of many liberals (his recent incidence on an American Airlines flight is a clear example). Alec Baldwin makes more money than most persons dream of in a lifetime and I do know an honest OWS supporter who complained about him and actors/actresses in general as to the amount of money they make.
However my answer to anyone who does not agree with an actors, musician, etc. as to their income is the same as with a corporation; simply do not watch their movies, buy their music, etc. I will also add that while I do not have any respect for Alec Baldwin, and it would be nice if my talents could generate the same income as his;, the FACTS are his dry humor and acting abilities are such that many persons are willing to pay him for his talents and for me or any other person to be jealous or covet his talents or income is simply silly and wrong.
The short answer is most of us do not have talents that will pay the big bucks and to expect equal pay for unequal talents is ludicrous. I simply refuse to watch or support with my money anything this man does, but others choose to do so, which is their right as well.

My Opinion/Commentary
First this is a well researched article politically speaking can be used to make points for both sides in my opinion.
What is interesting is how recessions have often followed oil price spikes See graph below, please click to enlarge
What remains clear to me is we still need to be less dependent upon foreign oil, especially from the Middle East and Venezuela, although increased energy efficiency has somewhat reduced the dependence of the economy on oil.
As a positive we are currently at about 8% energy consumption as a percentage of gross domestic product while in the early 1970s, US energy consumption as a percentage of gross domestic product was about 16%.
It is easy to blame "big oil" and they certainly are reaping the benefits as they always do during times of spikes in prices, but to place all the blame there is lazy economics.
Is it not true that as an example when say a cold snap hits Florida and many oranges are destroyed that you can expect to pay more for orange juice and often those dealing in this commodity also make more money, yet do we hear the news media and other angry at the "orange juice barons"????
If we must place blame, let's place blame where it belongs; with President Obama, his liberal cohorts (most notably the news media), and the radical (communist) environmental movement.
As for the news media, currently as per the mainstream news outlets, they are only running stories about the spiking oil prices at a rate of 1 to 15 when to compared to 2008 and news reports then blaming Bush.
Talk about corruption in the media!!!!
I would also have to add that even President Bush (W) has some blame, and that is not having the "huevos grandes" to stand up to the liberals in congress and their allegiance to the new home of communism: the radical environmental movement, especially when he had a majority in both houses of congress.
What we should be doing (& of coarse Comrade Obama will not do):
*Vastly increase drilling in Alaska, which the current drilling has shown to not be harmfil to the surrounding environment, in fact quite the opposite.
A new study says drilling on Alaska's Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) could make Alaska the eighth largest oil resource province in the world — ahead of Nigeria, Libya, Russia and Norway.

*Allow more refineries

*Do not just promote solar cell technology, but promote the more efficient Stirling solar dishes. The Stirling engine makes solar power so much more efficiently than photovoltaic solar cells can.

What is the most bothersome to me about the plethora of Obama half truths/lies is how the media is right behind him with a giant broom to cover up his trail of excrement.
After the Joe Wilson incident, I was taken aback by Pelosi and other extreme radicals and her willing media accomplices to act like the liberals are above the fray when in fact Senator Reid (Nevada) has yet to apologize to President Bush for this exact same statement, as well as the many who have treated him with extreme disrespect in his addresses. I was also thinking what a liar Reid was while watching this dishonest attempt to paint the whistle blower (Joe Wilson) as the villain about calling President Obama on his lies and half truths.

Let me put it this way as an analogy for those who think Obama is telling the truth: Lets say you have a law that makes the speed limit in front of schools 20 mph when school children are present, yet provide no fines or refuse any law enforcement, do you really expect the law to be enforced? I guess what bothers me most about our current president is not how he is behaving, as this was predicable for anyone willing to look at his & others around him history, but that the media has totally lost all objectivity with this man (& his many radical appointments), as well as painting the good systems pointing out his lies and socialist agenda as the villains.
On a positive note, polls now show most Americans do not trust the media to give the correct information when they supposedly “report” the news.

Whether Cain is guilty of these charges I do not know, but as legal experts have stated if this was a civil or criminal charges his defense attorney would have have a field day with the facts that 3 of these persons making the charges all came for the same Chicago connection.

Post Election Stock Market Crash; The future of Small Business and the Stock Market in an Obama Presidency
As well as the effect of Obama on the Paper Recycling Market (used paper prices)
I already have noticed that ABC News and others are already running interference for President-elect Obama defending him in the continuing post election stock market crash.
Yes there are many factors driving this, however the primary one is fear of his socialist anti-business agenda (these comments do not help: “So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted”).
I know I am selling what is left in my retirement account to use now to make alternative plans for my family rather than sitting around waiting for what his next anti-business move will be. I know others that own small business that are planning similar moves. Part of the problem is not just what this horrible man does, but the rhetoric he uses that stirs up so much hatred for any business. I cannot tell you how much nasty emails I get with persons expecting this and that for free, especially shipping despite my costs often being $8 for a $10 item.
On Wednesday (Nov.5) I got a nasty phone call from someone accusing us of being dishonest for charging an extra $1 for phone orders; well let me tell you as a very marginal internet business owner, the time alone it takes to process a phone order over an automated online order is often 15-30 minutes PLUS the higher process fee, however just looking at the time issue, on a common $10 order this is $5 in employee time so quick math tells you that it does not even come close to covering expenses (on larger orders it is less of a problem from this aspect). We even sat down and thought this out, if EVERY order was via phone our meager 2-3% profit would become a loss due to time spent.
Paper Market
BUT what is even less known to many is the paper market. I have collected paper over the years as a way to supplement my income and taken this to the large Sonoco Mill in LA. Anyway I am trying to figure out the best course of action for my business/family and I am planning to spend less time with my business and information site research and thought I should check paper prices; to my horror it has gone from $130 per ton to $50 per ton since the last time I checked two weeks ago, it has not been this low since the 1990s under Clinton ($40 per ton).
What many may not know is that this company buys scrap paper to turn into shipping tubes/boxes that are sold to businesses, this company buys paper based on FUTURE needs of paper for business, and since most goods are shipped via boxes these days (including internationally) this commodity is very much driven by what experts see as the real future of business in the coming years.
I was hoping the paper market would hold up so as to supplement likely worse business income and more time wasted with nasty customers that will expect even more for nothing in the Obama anti-small business climate, but I am screwed here as well.
More from the False Messiah What is also sickening is the “swooning” of everyone over this False Messiah (Obama), it is eerily cultic and is almost like they think he is a God, just watching Oprah Winfrey made me want to barf.
Personally I hope I am wrong, but the trend in hate is already apparent, and I already decided to stop wasting so much time with article research and will cut back time on Forums even more so that I can spend more time picking up recycling or any other way to bring income to my family. ABC News should be ashamed with calling George Stephanopoulos a political analyst as he is simply a political hack for the Lord Barack Obama. The facts are very clear. Obama initially said that he opposed the bill in Illinois because it didn’t have the “neutrality clause” included in the federal version of the legislation. As documentation proved, Obama voted against it even with the neutrality clause added.

What is so sad is that most persons I have seen interviews with, know personally, and even more sadly friends of my daughter know (My daughter Michelle is vastly more discerning than most her age, but then she has been through much after the Evil that entered our family several years back scarred her for life) that support the Lord Barrack Obama for the most part can not say why they like him just that he is awesome; How Scary!!
What is also scary is that many of the persons I know that support the fake Messiah Obama have literally no discernment and are the same persons that are willing to look the other way why my family was destroyed and lies were spread about us (me in particular), or worse are/were part of this evil attack on us.

Judgment in Life, attacks on Sarah Palin, etc. This proves that to the media and others, that character does not matter! *As well the Earmark lies spread by the Media/Obama
I am writing this post to point out what I see as the judgmentalism that is so common in our society, media, and often on both sides of the political aisle (albeit the left tends towards major hypocrisy in this area).
I have found the attacks in the media on Sarah Palin for her daughter having a baby due to premarital sex and the fact that the person that got her pregnant is suddenly being paraded around with the family highly and ludicrously judgmental.
I myself have a 15 year old daughter who I know is very respectful of her beliefs in God and I feel also understands the repercussions of sex. I also know that my three (now adult) nieces were similar in there view of abstinence and none of them had to make the decisions that Sarah Palin’s daughter did after having sex with her boyfriend.
I like to think that my daughter will not be faced with this decision, however if she is and if the boy/man who is “responsible” for this is willing to step up to the plate and be a man, I know I would respect both her AND him. Yes I will admit that many of these marriages do not last, but some do and one must give others AT LEAST A CHANCE to succeed. Obviously sometimes the male half of this equation flees, but in Sarah Palin’s daughter, this is not the case.
The media has been hammering away about how suddenly the Levi Johnston (her boyfriend) is invited to the GOP Convention and “what kind of example does this set”.
What these judgmental persons are saying IMO is that “knock up the Governors daughter, go to Washington DC”. I disagree, although I do think this was bad judgment on the daughter and this young man’s part, forgiveness and understanding is far more important.
What I see is an understanding, loving, and forgiving woman that would quite bluntly based on this and the MANY accomplishments she has done (such as taking on party bosses in her own party) in such a short time make not only a great VP, but honestly I would vote for her in a heartbeat for President. Sarah Palin has impressed me with her record more than anyone in politics has in over two decades, I wish that more people behaved like her (of coarse with the media this is like expecting flying pigs to be serving free beer at all College and NFL Football Games)!!!
I find judgmentalism, whether from the political right or left utterly disgusting and my life has been destroyed and my own daughter and family in general hurt severely emotionally and financially by what has been 100% false judgments!!!!
Character does not seem to matter to anyone any more, otherwise I would not have suffered so many attacks for standing by my family even after my wife had a devastating affair with a Judas (who to this day is unrepentant and still seeking to divide and destroy our family) that harmed us, my daughter (she still needs counseling for this), and financially ruined us! If character mattered these attacks on Sarah Palin would not have happened and Barack Obama would be at around 10% in the polls.

On another attack involving Sarah Palin; Barack Obama and his cohorts are attacking Sarah Palin on “earmarks” (pork) stating that she has voted or back more of these earmarks of Federal funding for Alaska than Obama and that Alaska is the #1 recipient of this type of federal funding.
While on the surface this may be true, when just a little honest digging for real truth is done, one finds out quickly that Alaska has more land owned by the Federal Government AS A PERCENTAGE OF AREA than any other state.
I being from county in Oregon (Josephine County) that also has mush of its land tied up (run by the Feds), that this takes away from the tax base all the while we still get visitors that come unto these public lands and then end up needing public service such as police or rescue (think Kim family, Nov. 2006). This is an over simplification, but it I am sorry, if the Feds are going to put lands off limits to the state, the state should be compensated.
So when you get down to these accusation by Obama and his willing media cohorts, this is a down right lie (unless they are that stupid, which with Obama’s I do not think he is stupid, however with the media stupidity is likely the case).
BTW according to the Anchorage Daily News Palin has requested 83 federal earmarks at a cost of $453 million while Obama requested 330 projects totaling $931.3 million, according to his Senate website where he discloses all his requests.

One more sickening media myth is that Palin is not qualified to lead the country; What and Obama is?? Finally, this talk about Palin’s earmarks is just more proof of media bias and liberals hiding their head in the sand, as although their is no denying that Sarah Palin has been feeding at the trough, she is but a piglet compared to Barak Obama and his cohorts who even admit to growing government and thinking more government is good. This is like saying someone how has shoplifted a few times (Palin) is the same as a career bank robber (Obama and his buddies).
